Equipment Deck-The deck is
the main part of the board. It usually has a wood core
with plastic and a laminate covering the top. Bindings-The
bindings are what hold your feet to the deck. They are
screwed down to the deck and they strap around the boots.
Most bindings are made out of nylon, plastic, and
metal. Boots-The boots
strap into the bindings and provide support for your
ankles. Most boots are made with a rubber sole and nylon
outside. The inside in usually padded and snowboard boots
have two sets of laces for more support.
