X-Games The X-Games is most likely the biggest Snow contest. It is held every winter in different locations each time. A lot of the pro compete in this comp. There are 5 snowboarding events.
Boarder X-In this event the riders have to race their way though a challenging course. The first three across the finish line advance till the final race.
Half-Pipe-This event the riders take three runs in the half-pipe and the judges score the riders on their two best runs.
Slope Style-The slope style event is scored just like the half-pipe but the riders ride in the terrain park.
Big Air- In the big air comp the riders have to throw out their biggest trick off of a huge kicker. This is scored the same way as half-pipe and slope style.
Nixon Jib Fest
At the Nixon Jib Fest the best rail riders from all over come to prove how good they are. At the jib fest Nixon has tons of rail for the riders to jib. the rider that goes the biggest in the comp wins.
